阿联酋ECAS RoHS更新要求

根据阿联酋RoHS法规, 列入RoHS管制范围的产品必须持有ECAS RoHS符合性证书才可以进入阿联酋市场。

由于近期申请阿联酋ECAS RoHS 认证的数量激增，阿联酋管制机构ESMA刚宣布临时认证方案， 即日起至2019年12月31日前，ECAS RoHS证书可以仅基于阿联酋当地进口商或代理商签署的RoHS 符合性声明签发，不需要提供RoHS测试报告。临时方案适用于以下产品类别：

1. Large household appliances

2. Small household appliances

3. IT and Telecommunication equipment

4. Consumer equipment

5. Lighting equipment

6. Electrical and electronic tools (with the exception of large-scale stationary industrial tools)

7. Toys leisure and sport equipment

8. Medical devices (with the exception of all implanted and infected products)

9.Monitoring and control instruments including industrial monitoring and control instrument

10. Automatic dispensers

11.Other EEE not covered by any of the categories above or, and falling within the definition of Article one.

声明需涵盖的10项有害物质如下：

1. Lead(Pb)

2. Mercury(Hg)

3. Cadmium(Cd)

4. Hexavalent chromium(Vi)

5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)

6. Polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE)

7. Bis(2-ethyhexyl) phthalate(DEHP)

8. Butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP)

9. Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)

10. Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

2019年12月31日之后将不能采用临时方案，需要基于RoHS报告申请新的证书。
